Next came a new deck, built with merch grade radiata pine stained in a warm Cabot’s finish. Because the fence faced the road, appearance mattered. Premium laser-cut timber provided a smooth, uniform finish, instantly boosting street appeal.  

Finally, the family installed a Woolgro eco-friendly lawn, made from recycled wool and fibres combined with premium grass seed, creating a lush surface resilient enough for endless hours of play.
