GIB® Intertenancy Barrier Systems provide a range of cost-effective intertenancy wall options suitable for use in terraced homes and multi-level apartment buildings.  

Cost effective, lightweight and with high noise control and fire-resistant performance, GIB® Intertenancy Barrier Systems are easy to install on site and include timber and steel frame options.  

The lightweight systems consist of a double timber or steel frame (load bearing and non-load bearing options available) with a 25mm thick plasterboard barrier (GIB Barrierline®) in the cavity between the two frames.  

GIB Barrierline® has a water and mould resistant core and once installed, can be exposed to the elements for up to 12 weeks.
