SealBoss offers two options for concrete remediation.

Trafficable in no time!

SealBoss 6060 QuickFix Low Viscosity Floor Crack and Spall Repair System offers a unique, rapid-set and high-strength concrete repair option. The advanced polyurethane formulated product is designed to fix spalled concrete surfaces and cracks, and to rebuild damaged control joints, within eight to 12 minutes.

“This high-strength polyurethane product produces high-quality strength quickly, making the affected area trafficable in a very short timeframe” says SealBoss spokesperson Jason Tolby. “It’s also self-priming, self-levelling, 100% solvent and VOC-free, and cures from -20F to 130F.”

A mixing addition of upwards of 50% dry silica sand increases strength from 26 to 37 mpa. When mixing with sand, it is recommended to work with small quantities due to the rapid cure time.

Typical repair applications are warehouse floor spalls and other traffic-prone surfaces, where load damage from steel wheels, hard urethane wheels and other stress factors are common.

The SealBoss 6060 is also a strong adhesive to bond-damaged slabs. The product adheres very well to itself (wet on dry); however, it is not intended for use where movement is required. For moving control joints, use SealBoss’ flexible products such as SealBoss 6500 QuickFix.

Quick, quality fix
