PlaceMakers’ New Year resolution is to keep you happy and its new customer survey promises real change to ensure you stay that way

Are you somebody who doesn’t fill out surveys because you don’t think they’ll make a difference? Think again! PlaceMakers is promising real change on the back of responses it receives from its upcoming customer survey, due to be rolled out by the end of March.

“We’ve done a lot of good work promising great customer service in 2014,” says PlaceMakers brand engagement manager Maria Reinbergen. ‘In 2015, we want to ensure that we’re living up to that promise from our customers’ perspective.’

“We want to be famous for making sure no one is easier to do business with than us and we need to hear how we’re tracking.

“It’s a two-way conversation; we’ll get back to respondents acknowledging the feedback and sharing the action plan as to how we’re fixing the issue.”

Customers will receive the survey by email; with only nine questions, PlaceMakers is hoping for a strong response.

“This survey is your opportunity to make a positive difference, so please take the time to fill it out,” says Maria. “There’s also a section for additional comments, so don’t hold back!”
